Sabr & Bloom offers private, one-on-one online faith-based mindset coaching for Muslim women. Sessions are 40 minutes long and are conducted online. Coaching combines practical mindset and habit-building tools with Islamic encouragement to support your personal growth.

This is a faith-based mindset coaching service. We do not provide therapy, medical treatment, psychological or psychiatric diagnosis, or emergency mental health care, and coaching is not a substitute for any of these. If you are experiencing a serious mental health condition — including severe depression, suicidal thoughts, abuse, psychosis, or addiction — please seek support from a licensed mental health professional or your local emergency services. With your wellbeing in mind, we may decline an application or pause coaching if your situation would be better served by clinical care.

All coaching begins with an application. We review each application carefully to make sure coaching is a suitable fit for your needs. Acceptance is at our discretion, and we may decline an application — kindly and without judgement — if we feel another form of support would serve you better.

If your application is accepted, you'll receive a private booking link by email to schedule your first session.

Payment is arranged privately after your application is accepted. Prices are listed in USD on the pricing section of this site. We'll share payment options suitable for your region together with your booking link. Payment is due before sessions begin.

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule a session, please let us know with reasonable notice (at least 24 hours where possible) and we'll do our best to find a new time. Sessions missed without notice may be considered forfeited. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
