• To contact you by email about your application and, if accepted, to share booking and payment details.
• To support our ongoing work together once sessions begin.

Application details and session notes are stored privately, with access limited to the coach. We take reasonable care to protect this information and do not share it with third parties except where required by law.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Your information stays between you and your coach.

You may ask us to delete your application details or coaching records at any time by emailing us at the contact address below. We will remove your information from our active records within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.
